DISCOVER THE CRITICAL INFORMATION NEEDED TO EXPERIENCE THE RESULTS YOU WANT FROM YOUR AEROBIC WORKOUTS
We will test your resting heart rate, 60 second heart rate recovery, 120 sec heart rate recovery, Aerobic Threshold (peak fat burning), and Anaerobic Threshold (peak sugar burning), and Max Heart Rate.
*If you’re local to the twin cities I’ll throw in a peak VO2 test for free
You’ll then get sent a detailed report of each metric, the current status of each, and known measurement standards of each. This will give you a comprehensive overview of your entire aerobic system revealing which need to be targeted to give you the most goal-specific progress.
These metrics are critical to individualizing your workouts for safety, effectiveness, and tracking progress towards the goals you have.
Then we schedule a follow up 30 minute Goal Setting Session
You’ll set a realistic and achievable goal that is meaningful to you boosting your motivation and self-accountability
At the end of your goal setting session, if you’d like me to start coaching you and empowering you to achieve your goal you will have to choose which coaching partnership option will benefit you the most. You will get the flexibility to start with, and shift whenever you want between in person 1 on 1 or small group personal training (which is a max of 6 people) or remote personal training if you don’t need live coaching support, allowing you to workout on your own whenever it fits your schedule best.
All you need for this 60 minute test
Yourself, comfortable and non-restricting workout clothes, and a bottle of water
Access to a treadmill (ideally), stationary bike, or row machine (online testing only)
A reliable chest strap heart rate monitor (online testing only)
