To Get Started Step 1 - Schedule Your Functional Movement Test & Goal Setting Session

Yourself, and non-restrictive clothing
Measuring tape from a hardware store that can lock (online testing only)
Broomstick or 1.5”-2” diameter, 6’ long PVC pipe
90 minute 1 on 1 Session
We will discover the root cause of why your body doesn’t feel or function the way you want by testing 80 different movement patterns. This is needed to individualize your program for safety and effectiveness, track progress towards the goals you set, and to be able to set achievable goals.
I’ll send you a functional movement report with a detailed list what’s going on with your body, what muscles needs to be strengthened to improve their mobility, and which muscles need more flexibility to decrease their tension in a rested state
Then we schedule a 30 minute SMART Goal Setting Session
We will discuss the findings of your functional movement test so that you understand what areas of your body need to get stronger, more mobile, and more flexible to function and feel better
Client-centered goal setting session where you’ll set 1 SMART outcome goal that is specific, quantifiable, actually attainable, and meaningful to you with an attached accountability plan.
At the end of your goal setting session, if you’d like me to start coaching you, creating individualized exercise programs, and empowering you with knowledge that will help you achieve your goal you will have to choose which coaching partnership option will benefit you the most. You will get the flexibility to start with, and shift whenever you want between in person 1 on 1 or small group personal training (which is a max of 6 people) or remote personal training if you don’t need live coaching support, allowing you to workout on your own whenever it fits your schedule best.
