I sit down with you and we co-create each fitness program together: You get to make the final decisions on every element of your program so that you always enjoy every workout and get the freedom to achieve your goals the way you want.
Then I’ll design it and individualize it from the data gathered from your aerobic fitness test, make sure it progresses safely/effectively, tracks the objective/subjective metrics that show you how much progress you’re making.
Your digital fitness programs include:
A 3 question survey asking you to rank your current energy, motivation, and muscle soreness. Then it will show you the best way to approach your workout that day to make the most progress and avoid injury.
Exercise coaching videos that thoroughly demonstrate how to set it up, and perform the exercise safely and effectively
A benefits tab to educate you on all the cellular and physiological upgrades your program is doing for you to boost your motivation
I show up on time, full of energy, and excited to coach you safely/effectively through each workout from your individualized program so that you get all the benefits from the training methods and make progress towards your goals
Give you daily text support from 7am-4pm and email support 24/7 where you can ask me any health or fitness question, confirm if you’re doing an exercise/training method correctly, help you plan out your workout schedule for the week so you make the most progress while factoring in your work/family busy schedules, need me to send you alternative exercises to do, want me to change certain exercises in your program so you enjoy your workouts more, etc.
Check in with you privately every month to make sure you’re enjoying your program, making progress towards your goals, and brainstorm what additional areas of your lifestyle you feel changing would help you make better progress.
Give you a present after you finish every fitness program to upgrade your capability and belief that you will achieve your goal: Select 1 research supported educational lesson, lifestyle skill, or additional resource from my library (that currently consists of 70+ easy to understand documents), that my customized health & lifestyle coaching clients get.
If you ever want to do to corrective exercise, or resistance training workouts on other days per week to get the unique benefits that only can be acquired from those training methods, all you have to do is sign up for their baseline testing and I’ll design you an individualized program at no additional cost.
To Get Started Step 1 - Schedule Your Aerobic Fitness Test
Discover the critical information needed to experience results from your aerobic workouts
We will test your resting heart rate, blood pressure, 60 second heart rate recovery, and figure out what heart rates your genetic fat burning and sugar burning systems peak at.
This will give you a comprehensive overview of your entire aerobic system revealing which components are the weakest and strongest so we know which to target to give you the most goal-specific progress.
These metrics are critical to individualizing your workouts for safety, effectiveness, and tracking progress towards the goals you set
Then we schedule a follow up 30 minute Goal Setting Session
You’ll set a realistic and achievable goal that is meaningful to you boosting your motivation and self-accountability
At the end of your goal setting session, if you’d like me to start coaching you and empowering you to achieve your goal you will have to choose which coaching partnership option will benefit you the most. You will get the flexibility to start with, and shift whenever you want between in person 1 on 1 or small group personal training (which is a max of 6 people) or remote personal training if you don’t need live coaching support, allowing you to workout on your own whenever it fits your schedule best.

Each program co-created for you needs to be paid for up front and an invoice will be sent to you detailing everything that it will contain and its total cost.
